Wonderful
The staff upon check in the engineering team helped me with the AC , housekeeping team, Coffe shop team upon check in at the evening.
coffee shop in the morning the staff needed to improve their service I tried to order I called from the room with no answer for 20min I went down to the chef there He was unprofessional, which led me to order from outside the hotel, some staff they need to understand it's a 4 stars hotel and it's a hotel need to smile to be approachable it's not a cafeteria,or a bakala in the end the owner whom affected by not improving the service by losing the business.

What was the highlight of AKASIYA HOTEL
Lovely stay
The hotel was exceptionally good. The room was very spacious and spotless, it was cleaned every day and it was as spotless as you find it when you first check-in. The staff was super friendly, from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant…they made my stay more pleasant! I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant because the food was super delicious and you can also order from your room.
I didn’t quite like the neighbourhood where the hotel is located although it was safe, even for a solo female traveller, but that’s just my opinion.
